Lipstick 01Call it a serious case of Disturbia.

A New York waitress has filed a lawsuit after contracting “herpes” at a Rihanna concert.

The Harlem resident told the Manhattan supreme court that she was “herpes and fancy” free when she arrived at Rihanna’s “gig” at the Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.

But her life took a “terrible” turn when she “stopped” in at the concert’s officially “endorsed” Mac Cosmetics pop-up shop.

Starkeema Greenidge, 28, claims she was “infected” by the virus when a brand representative “applied” an unsanitized, “herpes-infected” tube of “Riri Woo” lipstick to her mouth.

Greenidge is seeking “unspecified” damages for the “mental anguish and emotional distress” caused by Rihanna’s signature “Riri Woo” lipstick.

“This is going to happen over and over again if nothing is done,” Starkeema told the New York Daily News of her “mouthy” ordeal.

“I wasn’t able to work for two weeks. It cost me a lot of money.”

“She didn’t use a fresh or new lipstick tube, but rather one that had been used for other patrons,” the lawsuit claimed.

When Greenidge allegedly inquired if the “Riri Woo” tube-in-question was “clean”, the MAC representatives “hastily” insisted that it was and told Starkeema to “press her lips together and spread the lipstick around”.

Two days later, Greenidge discovered a “cold sore” on her lip.

A doctor diagnosed the bumps as being caused by the “herpes simplex virus” (HSV-1), which usually is not an STD.

Mac “should have known” they were “exposing patrons to possible spread of disease” her lawyers claim.

They have called on Mac to start using “disposable” lipstick or “sanitized” swabs at pop-up events, as well as to “improve” hygiene training for their clerks.

When reached for comments a spokesperson for MAC Cosmetics issued the following statement: “Consumer safety is a top priority at MAC Cosmetics, and we take these matters very seriously. We are closely reviewing these claims.”

Currently in the middle of a world tour, Rihanna’s “Riri Woo”  lipstick, the first in a “multi-collection” deal with Mac, was launched in February.

Earlier this month, the singer announced the “initial” shipment had “sold” out quickly.
